• You have a degree in economics, business administration, psychology, data science with a mathematical, statistical or scientific focus.
• Professional experience in the areas of data analysis or data science and have very good knowledge of statistical methods.
• An analytical mindset and very good knowledge of relevant database and programming languages, especially SQL and Python, round off your profile.
• Your experience with data visualisation and reporting tools, preferably Tableau, speaks for itself.
• Experience with task automation and ETL processes as well as the corresponding tools (e.g. Airflow and Talend) is definitely a plus.
• You are a team-player, who likes to drive decisions and loves to take responsibility for projects and processes - if you notice bugs or the chance to improve something, you take the initiative.
• Sound communication skills combined with fluency in English and German.

• You quickly understand the needs and requirements of our product, marketing, sales, and service teams and help prepare strategic decisions with your analyses. You define, implement and analyse relevant KPIs and visualise them in reports.
• You support in developing processes and models to optimise our business models and identify drivers for sustainable success. To do this, you analyse and simulate, for example, product usage, sales models, and customer journeys as well as the purchasing, abandonment and usage behaviour of our B2C and B2B customers.
• In cooperation with your stakeholders, you derive analyses and projects and ensure sustainable impact.
• As part of the Business Intelligence & Analytics Community at New Work SE, you will exchange ideas with your colleagues and make use of thematic and methodological synergies.
